What will I be doing?

To generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of Hilton Grand Vacations! Committed to the company's operating policies, procedures, sales and customer service philosophies.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations for new guests, mini-vacs, owner referrals, courtesy tours, IPC/OPC, owner packages, LM owners and other guests.
  • Presents a professional sales representation of HGVC products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of assigned market.
  • Produce new leads through owner referral and self generation.
  • Keep track of leads and disposition
  • Represents the product and HGVC in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
  • Attends all departmental sales training and development programs
  • Must have strong closing and sales experience with both owner and non-owner channels.
  • Sets a high standard level of performance in regards to cancellation and default rates.
  • Provide proper information and communication to all managers.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year of Hilton Grand Vacations Sales experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
