Job Description:

How you will spend your days as a Warehouse Associate:

• Pull materials from racks, units or other storage areas to prepare for pick up or shipping
• Organize material in a manner to best ensure it arrives safe and undamaged
• Band material to assure safe handling (forklift) and delivery
• Remove exterior doors from units and place boards in rack, according to grade and length
• Remove defective and/or damaged doors from racks for cut-back
• Assist customer with loading of doors 
• Maintain good working relationship with customers, fellow employees and management
• Maintain the appearance of the yard and racks in an orderly and clean manner focusing on the area
• Unload and / or load trucks of exterior doors - heavy lifting daily

Qualities We Look For:

• Diligent - Able to work hard in a laborious environment lifting up to 100lbs 
• Flexibility - Able / willing to train in the position  
• Reliable - Punctual to work, openly communicate to team and supervisor 
• Knowledgeable-  Of lumber and/or millwork is a plus but not required as we are willing to train motivated individuals!
