A career in our Sustainability practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, were able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.Our team helps organisations plan, source, deliver, finance and measure the wider impact of products and services. Youll focus on identifying and prioritising sustainability issues, setting goals that support alignment and integration of the sustainability vision into overall corporate strategy, and implementing processes, controls, systems, and dashboards to measure progress for consistent and accurate reporting.

    • Developing investment-grade ESG metrics, and,
    • Tech-enabling their ESG reporting.

      Before starting at PwC full-time, will be eligible to sit for the primary credential exam appropriate for relevant practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states or plans to complete the Sustainability Accounting Standards Boards FSA Part II exam.

      Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
      Demonstrate some proven knowledge and ability within the following areas:
      • Possessing an interest in all aspects of Sustainability Consulting, and a desire to pursue a career in consulting;
      • Possessing abilities as team member; building relationships; communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
      • Researching and analyzing of technical matters, while using problem-solving skills. This potentially includes the analysis of large and complex data sets, demonstrating an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and using the standard firm-issued suite of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to execute related deliverables;
      • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting clearly when interacting with team members in a professional setting;
      • Possessing flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require; and,
      • Possessing prior internship experience in a role related to Sustainability.
