FLSA: SalariedJob Summary: The Residency and Fellowship
Coordinator I reports to the Residency Program Manager, Residency
Program Director and ACGME Fellowship Program Directors and
coordinates the annual, quarterly, and daily functions of the
Anesthesia residency and Anesthesia GME fellowship programs. The
Program Coordinator I is a member of the leadership team and is
critical to the success of the programming. As such, the Program
Coordinator I must possess skills in leadership and personnel
management. Program Coordinators are expected to develop unique
knowledge of the ACGME and Program Requirements, policies, and
procedures. The Program Coordinator I directly supports the Program
Manager, the Residency Program Director, and the GME Anesthesia
Fellowship Directors in accreditation efforts, educational
programming, and support of residents and fellows. Provides general
support to medical students, residents, fellows within the
Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine. This position
has flexibility for remote and in-person work . Applicant will be
required to work onsite.Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 5:
$34,332.00 - $48,928.50 - $63,525.00 (min - mid - max)Job Duties:
35% - All the Department's ACGME Fellowships operate under ACGME
guidelines called Program Requirements. The ACGME dictates what
support requirements are needed based on the volume of each
program. The Program Coordinator I position must have the required
bandwidth to support each program should all positions fill, and
grow to accommodate any changes to remain within ACGME compliance.
Complete ongoing verification requests for fellowship training
confirmations and evaluations as needed. Manage all aspects of
recruitment activities for ACGME fellowship programs. Includes
managing both SFMatch and ERAS/NRMP application portals and
preparing all necessary timelines with Fellowship Program
Directors, as well as all arrangement of interviews (communicating
with applicants regarding schedules, greeting applicants on day of
interview, confirming arrangements for lunches and dinners,
assisting resident/faculty representatives with schedules,
escorting applicants to various locations, etc). - (Essential)25% -
Data entry and report preparation administration for all fellowship
program databases (GME office, MedHub, ACGME, RTID, ABA, etc.)
Under direction of Fellowship Program Directors, manage all
administrative aspects of fellowship educational lectures,
simulation sessions, and meetings including scheduling space,
developing and disseminating agendas, recording and distributing
minutes, etc. Facilitate all onboard information as needed with
central GME office and Department onboarding for annual cycle. In
conjunction with Fellowship Program Directors, create annual
program-specific onboarding orientation schedules, including
procure all necessary training (Department and Program-level only)
and procuring space as needed, and communicating arrangements with
fellows. - (Essential)25% - Plans and manages all administrative
aspects of all resident educational didactics, lectures, meetings,
including scheduling space, developing and disseminating agendas,
recording and distributing minutes, etc. Coordinate all resident
simulation sessions including reserving space/equipment and
communicating with participants. Manage and distribute the Weekly
Education Update to all Department stakeholders; manages weekly
update list-serve. Responsible for coordination of Grand Rounds -
correspondence with visiting speakers, local speakers, completing
CME paperwork, attendance, manages Grand Rounds list-serv. -
(Essential)15% - Provide general support to Program Manager for
coordinating program administrative functions, i.e. assisting with
file management, data entry and report preparation administration
for relevant program databases (MedHub, Brightspace, ACGME, ABA,
Etc.), resident recruitment duties, and other education duties as
assigned by Program Manager. Provide general support to the
Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine. -

bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.Physical
