At our Charleston site, we are currently looking for a Training Specialist to be a part of our growing team.

We are looking for capable, innovative, and enthusiastic achievers to join our team and grow with us. We are currently seeking a Training Specialist for our site in Charleston, TN.

What you will do:

The Training Specialist for the Charleston site executes and maintains the systems and processes established to deliver and develop team member training. The Training Specialist will support a wide variety of topics for the site and create collaboration to deliver the best training products. The position will contribute to a wide variety of HR areas including but not limited to: Employee Relations, Hiring, Recruitment and Onboarding, Policies Implementation and Compliance, Change Management, and Talent Development Programs.

* Coordination and administration of LSO (learning mgmt. system of SAP) for the Charleston site.
* Deliver and support site trainings for Human Resource topics, programs, and policies
* Maintain and collaborate on the Training Management SharePoint site including training records for team members and contractors and participate in the Site Training Steering Committee
* Facilitate and execute training coordinator duties for corporate departments located at the Charleston site. Support and collaborate with the NCA Regional Training Coordinators Community of Practice
* Assist with coordination of external training vendors, partnerships in educational programs, and internal development programs

What we need from you:

* Associates Degree in a relevant field (i.e., human resources, learning and development, education)
* 3+ years of related work experience
* 3-5 years managing systems of record and delivering of learning objectives
* 1-3 years in a manufacturing facility
* Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills in order to effectively provide advice and counsel to a wide range of employees
* Excellent time and organizational management skills
* Ability to build and manage relationships and develop and maintain credibility with team members.
* Proven ability to use a variety of MS Office software
* First-hand experience using an HRIS system, SAP, or Success Factors preferred.
