We manage to do it all while keeping a fun, fast-paced work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.Job DescriptionThe PPC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Q4Launch customers are achieving strong performance results by leading the advancement of paid search platforms. The PPC Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and trainer on the marketing team. This individual leads the PPC initiatives for individual customers and is responsible for creating, executing, and pivoting strategy by using data and research to make decisions. This role works closely with the customer success, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, development, and executive level leadership teams.The PPC Specialist should be data-driven, analytical, creative, results-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and drive results. The position requires someone that's a team player but also a self-starter that does not need extensive oversight as this person will work autonomously on several projects. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the search industry, a creative outlook, a collaborative, can-do attitude, and vacation industry knowledge.What You'll Do (Functions and Responsibilities)Optimize, manage, create content, complete keyword research and report on 50+ paid search accounts for Q4Launch clients.Onboard paid search accounts for new clients.Assist sales with data needed to finalize PPC agreements with new logos.Develop monthly and annual paid search strategies to achieve specified client goals.Ensure proper tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) are compliant with current best practices using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads platform, and DataStudio.Test and implement new paid search tactics to maintain edge in innovation.Coordinate with the development team to make necessary platform updates to adhere to paid search best practices and improve performance.Consult and train non-PPC team members to ensure they're able to effectively communicate PPC performance to clients.Work strategically with other team members to manage and resolve challenging requests.Grow existing client relationships by collaborating across teams to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Proactively share client trends with applicable teams to find solutions for long-term retention.Collaborate with PPC leaders from other Inhabit brands.Co-lead and prepare PPC-specific updates for monthly All Hands Meetings.What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.Experience and proven record of growing ROAS for a large number of client accounts.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, DataStudio and other common reporting platforms.Google Tag Manager experience is a plus.Experience in the travel industry is a plus.Excellent professional, communication skills, both verbal and written.Education RequirementsGoogle Ads certified including search and display certifications.Microsoft Advertising certified professional.Bachelor's degree.TypeSalaried, Exempt, Full-Time.LocationCharleston, SC.Hybrid office schedule.Benefits IncludeCompetitive PayHealth Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription PlansHealth Savings AccountsFlexible Spending AccountDependent Flexible Spending AccountCritical IllnessAccidentRetirement Savings Plan (401K) with discretionary company matchShort and Long Term DisabilityCompany Paid $25,000.00 life insuranceSupplemental Life and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid HolidaysPaid VacationPaid Volunteer TimeInhabit Employee Discount ProgramsOur Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.
