Cyber Support Operations is seeking a penetration test lead for executing red team activities for cyber test and training exercises at the National Cyber Range Complex Charleston site. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall quality of the cyber security evaluation team execution of events. Responsibilities include: Lead individual cyber security teams through evaluations and OPFOR campaigns for individual test, training events and mission based cyber risk assessments:o Lead a small red team conducting day-to-day coordination and taskingo Conduct hands-on penetration testing for individual test events with the teamo Owner/Author of test reporting artifacts and deliveries conducted by the red team Act in overarching leadership role to all Cyber Security Evaluation Teams acting in an OPFOR capacity for test and training events at the site which may include:o Maintain and evolve standards and best practices for the red teams o Ensure quality control measures are met for test execution and delivery artifacts produced by Cyber Security Evaluation Teams at the siteo Identify, schedule, and coordinate red teams to events based on availability, domain expertise and event specific parameters. o Act as a liaison with event execution leadership and government leadership to understand event requirements for individual test executiono Act as a liaison with event leadership and government counterpartsBasic Qualifications:The candidate must have hands-on experience in the following: Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education and 12+ years of related engineering experience.
