Job Description:
Real Estate Listing Coordinator - Remote
We are looking for a dependable administrative professional who is
a highly motivated self-starter and a team player. Candidates must
exhibit good spelling, grammar, and communication skills. A good
candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while
paying attention to small details and enjoys working independently
with little direction.
Working hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Eastern Time with a Hybrid Remote schedule requiring one day per
week in the office.

Responsibilities:
--- Review all file documents for compliance and accuracy
--- Exceptional client care services
--- Act as a point of contact throughout the time a home is listed
to, include: Providing timelines, information, and services for the
listing, completing any seller requests, answering any seller
questions, and actively serving clients
--- Properly handle and enter property listings into multiple
Realtor MLS systems to assist our agents in getting their active
homes for sale into our marketing portal. This includes adding
creative descriptions using 20-50 word descriptive words and
formatting them into paragraph format to be advertised among our
various marketing portals, uploading documents and photos, and
setting up additional sites and programs for each property
--- Coordinate listing/pre-listing/post-listing services between
our vendors and our clients
--- Provide additional services to the client as needed (create
flyers, set up home warranty, mail listing documents to the client,
make any client-requested changes to the listing or showing
instructions, etc.)
--- Managing files/spreadsheets and data entry with accuracy and
efficiency
--- Maintain accurate records of all documents and listing
files
Qualifications:
--- Ability to convey information well in both a written and verbal
format
--- Have basic computer skills and proficient in spreadsheets (such
as Microsoft Excel or Google Drive Sheets)
--- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or
mortgages is valued but not required
--- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication
skills
--- Motivated to provide excellent customer service and
experience
