Job Description:
The Kiawah Island Club seeks a customer service representative
and skillful writer to keep our Members up-to-date and in the loop
on all of the fantastic activities, amenities, and events the Club
has to offer. This position works alongside fellow Member Services
teammates to ensure the Kiawah Island Club's presence is as prompt,
cheerful, attentive, and gracious as it is in person! From posting
daily updates to web calendars and schedules, to creating various
promotional printed materials, and interacting with Members through
participation in real-time conversations, this position's primary
duty is to craft smart, fun, and engaging web content and printed
materials that sparks interest, livens conversation, and encourages
Members to participate in the Club's varied offerings. This hourly,
entry-level position could be an ideal fit for a recent college
graduate with an interest in Marketing, Social Media, Hospitality,
or all of the above! Qualified candidates must have strong written
and verbal communication skills. A four-year college degree in
Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising, or a related
field; and previous experience with social media sites such as:
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter are required. Because of the
amount of interaction with Members and their guests, applicants
must genuinely enjoy working with people. Ideal candidates will
have a flexible "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well as
part of a team. Candidates must have reliable transportation.
