• Ability to communicate with management, staff, clients and suppliers
• Coordination of manpower, equipment and materials to complete the job
• Responsible for site safety, quality and efficiency standards
• Able to travel to and between job sitesConcrete Superintendent Qualifications:
  • Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
  • Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning structural and civil concrete construction
  • 5 years of experience self-performing diverse concrete projects
