The position is directly accountable for 40%+ of our Corporate Impact revenues with direct oversight of key businesses including our YourCause P&L globally, our Workplace Connection (WCN) business, and all EverFi Financial Connection Network (FCN) business outside of a select group of named accounts. This role is a highly visible member of the Corporate Impact Senior Leadership Team (SLT), helping lead the overall Corporate Impact business. This position is one of the most senior, executive level positions in the Corporate Impact business leading the large majority of overall customers within the United States and Internationally.This position is a fantastic opportunity for a high performing leader who is experienced in working in a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic commercial and operational leader with superior communication, negotiating and relationship building skills. You will be renowned for being an inspirational leader who can balance strategic thinking with detail of execution. The position requires daily Executive level interactions with external "C" level clients and internal Blackbaud stakeholders to drive success.The role is responsible for developing and leading the strategy and processes to produce net new revenue growth and material Rule of 40 improvement. This individual reports to the President & Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Impact. The leader is ultimately responsible for the growth of the business and leadership of a team delivering on our revenue goals, profitability objectives and customer outcomes.Responsibilities

  • Accountability for the Corporate Impact Commercial Sector P&L and go-to-market globally; Leads AOP and LRP for the sector on a global basis
  • Oversight of our YourCause P&L globally, which requires interaction and enablement of non Corporate Impact (i.e. Healthcare, Nonprofit) teams; Ultimately this position is the "owner" of the YourCause P&L across all Blackbaud sectors
  • Direct ownership of the Workplace Connection (WCN) P&L as a discreet business within Corporate Impact. Sets strategy and is accountable for the growth of this business.
  • Direct leadership of a high performing sales, success and services team through both direct reporting relationships and matrix'd management.
  • Strong collaborative partnering with all responsible Centers of Excellence (COEs) across marketing and engineering, product, finance and human resources
  • Creating the business strategy that will establish market leadership which includes product vision, the go to market strategy, market offers, pricing and operationalization of such
  • Partnering with Corporate Strategy to identify potential M&A opportunities and leading any post-acquisition integration
  • Maintain deep domain expertise and serve as an industry spokesperson that is visible on the speaking circuit
  • Ensuring excellence and compliance across all operational aspects of business to deliver efficiency as the organization scales. In particular, this role requires expert level operational skills relative to transactional processing on a global basis and renewals management of highly complex corporate customer procurement environments. -
  • Develops and manages Key Performance Indicators across the Commercial sector: P&L, bookings, units, customer satisfaction, budget planning, and compliance and regulatory
  • Meet and exceed team annual revenue targets as well as other key performance objectives such as market share and sales units
  • Take full ownership of team effectiveness on all aspects of the business including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close of new or expansion opportunities
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to the CI President / COO and other members of the Executive team on team performance, market trends, product feature requests, and competition; Is accountable monthly to present results of Commercial Sector KPI's in MBR's and MOR's to ELT
  • Travel as needed to industry events and in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients to assist in the development of key relationshipsSkills, Experience and Qualifications
    • Bachelors in a business or related field, Masters Degree preferred
    • 10+ years Executive level experience leading fast-paced, hyper growth SaaS businesses
    • Previous experience leading International teams
    • Strong experience in the data and analytics market
    • Experience bringing Software products to market, particularly in a velocity (Commercial) rhythm
    • Experience, leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering functions
    • An executive with vision who can develop the right strategy and execute to drive rapid growth.
    • Solid track record in building, developing and recruiting high- performance teams based on a large network of talent in the software industry
    • Big thinker striving to make a big impact and unwilling to accept mediocrity
    • Experience managing in a complex, high-growth, matrixed environment
    • A global mindset ideally with prior experience of working internationally
