Job Description:
A healthcare company is looking for an Advanced Practice
Provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as a Nurse Practitioner
Conduct virtual exams and accurately document findings
Diagnose and treat illnesses, ensuring quality patient care through
remote monitoring and in-home clinical care
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a NP from an accredited medical school and medical
board certification
3+ years practicing as a clinician, with experience in internal
medicine, primary care, or geriatrics
Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare patient populations,
providing patient education, and leveraging technology in
healthcare
EMR experience and commitment to addressing health disparities
Strong technical skills and ability to help patients navigate
virtual visit technology
