Job Description:
A company is looking for an ISB Customer Experience Advocate in
the USA - TX - ANY CITY.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with regional leadership to increase customer
engagement and capture feedback
Define and maintain the CX operational framework and governance
process
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of CX processes and
tools
Required Qualifications:
Successful record of driving Customer Experience strategies in
complex environments
Experience in process design, data management, and project
management
Undergraduate degree required; MBA is a plus
Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
