This position is based in Charleston, SC but travel one day per week to our Administrative office in Early Branch, SC. This role may have the ability to work remote one day per week based upon manager discretion.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAYManage incidents opened by employees

  • Provide timely, thoughtful and meaningful communication to employees on issues they raise
  • Troubleshoot issues methodicallyAdminister end user devices
    • Setup and config end user devices as necessary
    • Provide any training users need on user their devices
    • Proactively manage updates and changes to end user computersMaintain business user relationships
      • Be the primary liaison with IT Department to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
      • Take ownership for existing support cases with ServiceNow and provide troubleshooting assistance
        WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
        • Bachelors degree or related field (i.e. Computer Science or Information Technology) OR previous Service Desk Experience
        • Experience working with users of all types (tech savvy and not so savvy)
        • Broad knowledge of end user technologies (i.e. Workstations, phones, etc.)
        • Strong organizational skills to effectively balance competing priorities
        • Some travel may be required
          EXTRA EXTRAS
          • Experience with ServiceNow
          • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
          • Experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems
