Job Title SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST Occupation Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Conduct requirement gathering workshop and create system requirement documents. Create high level application process diagram using Visio tool. Engage in data analysis for impact and business value evaluation. Design ETL scripts in Informatica for data transformation. Perform requirement documentation for req-engineering of existing processes. Create test strategy, test plan and test scenarios. Engage in reporting and tracking using ALM tool and SharePoint for Agent Portal Authentication Update (APAU). Create low level design documents and process flow diagrams using MS-Visio and MS-PowerPoint. Write business, functional, and technical requirements based on user stories. Create daily and weekly status reports using Qlik Reporting Tool & Excel. Job requires travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client sites in the United States.
