Description:The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the various production processes and employees on the Manufacturing floor. They are required to assess and enforce proper safety protocols and maintain appropriate communications with the Director of the Manufacturing facility as well as with the Human Resources Department--- Oversee production employees, including Welders, Powder Coaters, CNC Mill and Plasma Operators and Material Handlers--- Communicate effectively with HR and Management team before, during, and after shift completion--- Assist in overseeing/assigning production duties--- Maintain safety protocols--- Maintain documents for internal and external use--- Inspect welds and other machine work as required--- Assist with training of new hires --- Maintain work area and ensure a clean, safe work environment--- Supervise team leads and effectively solve production issues as they arise--- Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality --- Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standardsSkills:Production supervision, supervisor, production supervisor, Blueprint, Mig welding, Assembly, Grind, Mig welderTop Skills Details:Production supervision,supervisor,production supervisorAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must have experience in welding, machining, or fabricationExperience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
