talk.PURPOSEThe Virtual Rep position's primary purpose is to cater
to the typical projects that Biltright often encounters. High level
communication, customer service, sales experience and attention to
details will be required. This position is to support the revenue
growth of Biltrights sales department. Position will consist of
estimating synthetic grass and similar trade projects which will
require a detailed to scale estimate. Position success is met by
effectively applying our customer service values and core values to
the customer experience and hitting company performance and revenue
metrics.BILTRIGHT'S MISSION AND VISION:To improve the quality of

greatest potentialJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESProducts and
Services Offered● Biltrights' entire product and service list with
the exception of elevation changing scopes such as walls,stairs and
multi-level patios or combination of walls and patios requiring
elevation adjustments. Utilitywork, permit requirement work not
included in this position.● Any ground cover including Synthetic
grass, pavers, concrete, dec rock, DG, mulch, plants, dripline,
drains, low voltage (not needing electrical work), fire pits
without gas line work.Minimum Production Expectations● Adhere to
Biltright Core Values and customer service values● 3 self gen leads
a week● $250,000 monthly sales● 35%+ closing ratio● Adhere to all
BRC SOP and policiesResponsibilities● Creating exceptional customer
service experience and improving the life of others by providing
value andselling synthetic grass and installation.● Meet Sales and
performance quotas● Closing install and material sales● Scheduling
and generating installation appointments● Marketing BRC on social
media platforms● Customer management through CRM platforms,
calendly and google calendar● Redesigns and pricing● Sending out
special offers and current promotions to cold leads● Filling out
Thank You cards for installed customers● Zoho and customer
interactions must be recorded and kept up to date● Updating Zoho
and adding notes● Finding dealers, referral partners, and events●
Training on all scopes offered● Running calendar scheduled
appointments and following appointment outline● Completing all
designs and pricing with the customer● Posting adds (min 5 daily)●
This role is 100% remote/telecommuteCompensation● Hourly +
Commission = Up to $15,000+ per month ($180K per year)● Base hourly
$15.00 per hour● Full Time 40hr weeks● Full benefits and PTO● $50
