summary of the major responsibilities for the Sales and Revenue
Analyst position. The Sales and Revenue Analyst supports and is an
active participant in the successful operation of hotel sales,
catering performance, and revenue management systems. The
systemsused will include but are not limited to Amadeus Advanced
database (Delphi.fdc), Cvent, and IdeaS G3.Why Work at The

- Amadeus/Delphi essential job functions are:
- System Maintenance: Ensures that all standard for the systems
is maintained.
- Reporting: Experience with report writing in Amadeus/Delphi and
knowledge on the reports included in the systems.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to be the point of contact for
performance related issues.
- Support the Sales and Revenue Management departments with
preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Monitor data entry for Sales & Catering and Revenue Management
systems ensuring accuracy and system health is maintained by all
users.
- Provide sophisticated analysis and insights to support sales,
revenue, and service decisions.
- Contributes to sales strategy, evaluates effectiveness, and
prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit
opportunities.
- Cvent maintenance, reporting, and lead distribution.
Distribution may include booking creation in Amadeus for accurate
tracking and reporting.
- Manages performance management systems for Sales Managers goals
and incentives.
- Available to complete additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis
based on business needs.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of hotel facilities,
services, and pricing.
- Participate in weekly sales and revenue management
meetings.
- Assist Director of Revenue Management in preparation of short-
and long-term forecasts.Qualifications
- Previous experience in administering hospitality industry
systems preferred.
- Experience in successfully developing and executing creative
ways to improve the sales process through use of technology.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem
identification.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales and revenue
performance data.
- Must effectively manage and adhere to daily/weekly/monthly
deadlines.
- Extensive proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
and ability to manipulate data essential
- Knowledge of Sales & Catering, Property Management, and Revenue
Management Systems. Systems include but are not limited to Amadeus
Advanced, Opera, Delphi, IDeaS, and SynXis.
- Experience in a luxury resort highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Charleston and surrounding areas, highly
desirable, however not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creates motivating work environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding
environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult
situations and guests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
