Responsibilities:

Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
--- Coaching real estate agents into TOP producers
--- Close on the appointments our ISA team sets for you
--- World-Class Marketing team
--- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
--- Price, stage, and market homes to help attract buyers quickly
--- List and Sell jaw-dropping luxury real estate properties
--- Act as an intermediary between your seller and the agents with potential buyers
--- Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
--- Provide world-class customer service to your clients
--- Negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions
--- Contact management software provided to help you manage your business
--- "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
--- Personal and Professional Development

Qualifications:

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
Present yourself in a professional manner
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
--- The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or have the capability to get one!
