I am looking to hire an Acquisitions Manager that loves to work hard and crush their sales goals! We are looking for someone who is gritty, tough, and a go-getter! Not someone who just hopes to get a check at the end of the month! We are looking for someone who is aggressive and takes their financial success into their own hands!!!--

Responsibilities:
--- Answering live seller calls
--- Manage pipeline of prospects/leads
--- Building rapport
--- Following up (this is where the money is made! If you don't want to follow up, don't apply!)
--- Valuating properties
--- Visit the property/meeting with sellers
--- Communicating effectively with all parties involved

Qualifications:

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
