The Brian Beatty Team offers a paid Mentorship Program that allows you to develop the foundational skills needed to sell real estate at a high level before jumping straight into the field. You'll be trained personally by Brian Beatty, who was ranked as the top Agent in the Southeast US and now owns and operates one of the most successful real estate Teams in the Carolinas.

You'll learn how to generate, cultivate, and convert new and existing leads into appointments for others on the Team (for competitive pay) until you grow a pipeline of business that produces enough closings for you to easily transition into sales full-time. You'll also be exposed to and highly trained on the home buying and selling process so you can gain the confidence and skill sets necessary to provide world-class representation and service. You'll also become an expert in the technology used by today's top professionals to generate business opportunities and manage and track your time and performance so you can consistently generate commissions.

Responsibilities:
--- Generate new leads using a variety of platforms and techniques
--- Convert new and existing leads (25,000+) into qualified appointments for Agents currently on the Team
--- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
--- Train with the Team President & their Coaching Company to continuously increase your skill set and knowledge base

Qualifications:
--- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
--- Reliable transportation to and from work (Mt. Pleasant, SC) on a full-time basis
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
--- Proven track record of excellence
