  • Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home consultations with potential customers.
  • Educate homeowners on HVAC system upgrades, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals efficiently.
  • Offer flexible financing and promotional options to maximize affordability.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience in outside sales or in-home sales (HVAC, windows, roofing, home security, pest control, etc.).
    • Proven success in consultative sales and closing high-ticket deals.
    • Ability to travel within assigned territories to meet with customers.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
    • Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize earning potential.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
