Job Description Job Description Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Georgetown Summary: Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
