License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Flexibility to float
within scope to meet facility needs Description: This position is
for a Registered Nurse in a Surgical Short Stay/Observation
setting. The shift requires working three 12-hour night shifts from
7:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Weekend rotation is required, with 2-3 weekend
shifts per month. Holiday rotation may also be required. The nurse
will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:4. Prior experience as
a charge nurse is preferred. Candidates should have experience with
EPIC charting. This role involves caring for adult patients with
various diagnoses. Additional certifications in CPR and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support are necessary. All RTO must be included at the
time of submission. Travelers should be aware of potential
assignments to emergency response teams during hurricane season.
All employees may be required to adhere to hospital policies
regarding emergency management. Candidates must be separated from
previous employment with the organization for at least one year
before reapplying. Candidates with an active state license will be
prioritized. Proof of application for a pending license must be
provided upon submission. Auto offers may be made based on specific
