Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit, closely monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform procedures according to established protocols. Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment plans, and post-discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and nursing interventions. Desired Experience: Current and valid RN licensure. Experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing, demonstrating ability to manage moderately acute patients. Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare team environment.
